Started from the editorial workflow outward: reporter submission, editor review, scheduled publish, then the public template designed to keep largest-contentful-paint and layout shift within Google Discover's practical thresholds.

We concepted a full news-portal architecture — a Laravel editorial dashboard with reporter roles, story scheduling, and category management, paired with a Next.js front end built around Core Web Vitals and structured data from the ground up.
